This is the first 2-pages of the True Cost of a Project paper. In this research paper we cover the true cost of a project. We compare a model project budget against the true cost, which includes hidden costs. Not accounting for hidden costs skews the value and return on investment of projects. In order to mitigate the budget versus true cost we show how to use our OptiMix solution to increase value and reduce risk. We are also introducing for the first time the Innovation Funnel.
