There are three major parts to the annual CHAOS membership: CHAOS Knowledge Center (CKC), Classic Reports, and the Executive Sponsor Center. Classic Reports: provides traditional CHAOS research reports, such as the yearly CHAOS Manifesto. The CHAOS Knowledge Center (CKC): contains the 100 most important best practices you need to develop and maintain a successful project management environment. Executive Sponsor Center: has two major features, pinpoints and papers. The pinpoints are charts and captions that focus on executive sponsor issues.
