The project executive sponsor self-testing kit includes all things needed to create and execute three one-hour workshops with up to 10 people. The kit includes a detailed instruction manual with suggested meeting format. Agendas, meeting tips, and questions. The first workshop is for participants to take the appraisal using our online appraisal system. After the workshop participants will be given a research report on project executive sponsor skills and the results of your appraisal workshop. The second workshop is to review your executive sponsor appraisal report and brainstorm improvements. After the second workshop participants will be given a hard copy of “The Public Execution of Miss Scarlet”. The third workshop is to discuss the “The Public Execution of Miss Scarlet” book and see how the executive sponsor influenced the outcome of the project. Additional improvement brainstorming is suggested. After the third workshop participants with be given a CHAOS University T-Shirt.
